1. DescriptionThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F1S0AY5202A005 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
This acquisition is conducted under FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and FAR Part 13.5 (Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR FAC 2025-05.
2. RequirementThe Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Bomber Systems Integration (S.I.) Data Lab requires a suite of precision calibration equipment, brand name or equal to Additel, to support pressure, temperature, and process instrumentation testing across mission systems.
Salient characteristics include, but are not limited to:
Automated pressure calibrators (e.g., ADT762/761A series) generating and measuring vacuum to 15,000 psi at 0.01% FS accuracy. Digital pressure modules compatible with primary calibrators, expanding ranges to 10,000 psi. Hydraulic/pneumatic manifolds and generators with quick-connect interfaces and portable cases. Hose assemblies and test kits rated to 15,000 psi with appropriate connectors and filters. Temperature calibration equipment: dry well calibrators (-40°C to 1210°C), thermocouple furnaces, RTDs, and secondary standard PRTs with ISO 17025 certificates.
