The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) is issuing the following Brand Name or Equal RFQ for a Carbolite Gero HTRH 1800C Tubular Furnaces according to the specifications document attached. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation number 89243325QFE000478 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is available for downloading under Contract Opportunities at https://sam.gov/ and on FedConnect at https://www.fedconnect.net/Fedconnect. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 205-03 effective January 17, 2025.The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 334516 and the business size standard is 1,000 employees. This is an Unrestricted Full and Open requirement, as such, all responsible business sources may submit a quote to be considered by the agency.
