ASRC Federal Field Services is seeking Brand Name Sole Source for the following:
The work covered under this Statement of Work shall consist of the following, remove and replace building automation system with new Honeywell controls system for Facility 430, along with the installation and integration of new Comfort Point Open (CPO) controllers to the Energy Management Controls System (EMCS) Enterprise Building Integrator (EBI) System and any incidental work necessary to provide a complete and usable finished product.
This proposed contract is anticipated to be issued as a Firm Fixed Price Contract and quotations will be evaluated using Best Value/Technically acceptable to the Government. AFFS reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the AFFS cancels this solicitation, AFFS has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
A site visit will be contingent on the interest of this solicitation.

Proposals must be timely and refer to the attached Statement of Work and submitted electronically via email to jay.woolsey.ctr@us.af.mil NLT August 22, 2025 10:00 A.M. CST. Quotes must be valid for 30. No late responses will be excepted or considered.
