The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Divison intends to procure Brandywine Modular Master Clocks for the Navigation Critical Distribution System (NCDS on a sole source to Brandywine Communications.
The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and awrd to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
