  In order to effectively engage peer and near-peer adversaries, the U.S. Air Force needs to develop, acquire and operate systems as a unified force across all domains (air, land, sea, space, cyber, and electromagnetic spectrum). The Chief Architect Integration Office (CAIO) seeks to develop a cross-cutter portfolio of complimentary/ linked projects and programs for Advanced Battle Mangement Systems (ABMS); IT IS NOT A TRADITIONAL PROGRAM OF RECORD.
