- The VISN 2 is in need of SWITCHBOARD TELEPHONE OPERATORS SERVICES at Bronx Department Veterans Affairs Medical Centers located at 130 West Kingsbridge Road 10468. This requirement for services to perform SWITCHBOARD TELEPHONE OPERATORS SERVICES as outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 is conducting a market survey in search of responsible sources in order to determine the acquisition strategy for this potential procurement.
