- The Brookhaven Police Department Real-time Operations Center (roc) Will Be A Secure, Technology Rich Facility That Provides Real Time Situational Awareness, Incident Support, And Investigative Intelligence To Field Units And Command Staff. The Roc Will Integrate Live Video, Drone Feeds, Automated License Plate Readers, Gunshot Detection, Cad/rms Data, And Other Public Safety Technologies To Support 24/7 Operations. The Scope Includes Design, Construction/renovation, Low Voltage Infrastructure For An ¿roc Ready-shell¿ And Fit-out That Pd Will Later Equip. The Contractor Shall Provide The Necessary Machinery, Tools, Apparatus, Other Means Of Construction, And All Materials And Labor Specified In The Contract Documents Or As Necessary To Complete The Brookhaven Police Department Real-time Operations Center. The Contractor Sall Provide All Necessary Drawings And Complete Said Project, As Per The Construction Drawings, Standards And Specifications.
