This Solicitation is a Total 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 334111 Electronic Computer Manufacturing, which has a size standard of 1,200 employees. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Basis for Award. A single fixed-price purchase order for the brand name Brunner CLS-P V013 with Force Feedback Joystick will be issued to the responsible small business vendor whose quote confirms the terms and conditions of this solicitation and offers the best value to the Government. Best Value will be based technically acceptability, and quotes the lowest overallprice. The three (3) lowest priced quotes submitted timely will be evaluated for technical acceptability. If less than three (3) quotes are received, the government will evaluate all quotes submitted. The government may evaluate additional quotes if required. Only quotes rated technically acceptable are eligible to receive an award.
Evaluation Factors are Technical and Price.
a. Technical. Technical acceptability means the proposed products are in accordance with theSchedule of Supplies. Quoter must provide their pricing in the schedule of supplies and on companyletterhead to be eligible for review. The technical response shall demonstrate compliance with theBrand Name Brunner CLS-P V013 Force Feedback Joystick, as specified in the Redacted BrandName Justification see attachment 2.
b. Price. Quoters are required to complete the schedule of supplies and provide a quote on theircompany letterhead. The Government intends to award based on initial responses, therefore, thequoter is encouraged to offer its most advantageous pricing to include discounts, in the initialresponse.
