The Scope Of Work Includes Horizontal Directional Drilling Of New Water Lines, Installation Of All Associated Appurtenances And Tie-Ins, And Restoration Of Service. All Newly Installed Piping Must Be Pressure Tested, Flushed, Chlorinated, And Pass Bac-T (Bacteriological) Testing Prior To Being Reconnected To The Existing Water Distribution System To Ensure Operational Integrity And Compliance With State Regulations.
