This Pre-Solicitation notice is to inform the Buffalo VA Medical Center, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about May 27th, 2025. The scope of this project is Work performed under this scope will be for and conducted within the VA Western New York Healthcare System (VAWNYHS) at the Buffalo VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 3495 Bailey Avenue Buffalo, NY 14215. This Statement of Work is for Parking Lot Sealcoating, Crack Sealing, and Striping at the Buffalo VAMC that shall be awarded under a firm fixed price contract.All located at the Buffalo VA Medical Center.
