White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) is requesting repairs to three (3) automotive lift posts at Building 1430, White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico.
All work needs to comply with State, Local, and Federal laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer-s specifications and recommendations, and all contract special provisions, terms and conditions.
This project is to repair the foundation of three (3) posts for an existing four (4) post automotive lift in one of the maintenance bays of Building 1430, also known as the Automotive Skills Center. The project includes the removal, storage, and replacement of the existing automotive lift, sawcut and removal of portions of the existing reinforced concrete slab foundation under each post to be replaced, preparation of subgrade, and the installation of the new steel reinforced concrete foundation per the design drawings.
