Industry Day
SCOPE
The 309th Maintenance Support Group (MXSG) will host an Industry Day on Wednesday 15 January 2025 to discuss the United States Air Force requirement to design and build a new Paint Booth and associated equipment for paint operations for the F35 aircraft located at Hill Air Force Base. The purpose of this industry day is to conduct Market Research and provide interested vendors an opportunity to discuss the requirements and tour the build site.

LOCATION AND GENERAL DETAILS
The Industry Day will begin at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, 15 January, at Hill Air Force Base. Attendees must make their own lodging and travel arrangements. In order to attend the Industry Day, each contractor must RSVP by providing the following information for all attendees to the identified POCs no later than 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time on 6, January 2025.
The general presentation will be held at the address below. Maps from the South Gate to the meeting point at building 503 will be provided to attendees before the Industry Day.
