Description
GENERAL:
Brookhaven Science Associates, L.L.C. (“BSA”) has entered into a Prime Contract with the United States of America (“the Government”), as represented by the United States Department of Energy (“DOE”), to operate the Brookhaven National Laboratory (“BNL”). In furtherance of the Prime Contract, BSA desires to contract for certain work described below. Offers for this work shall be submitted electronically to Joseph Famiglietti at jfamiglie@bnl.gov by 4:00 P.M. on April 1, 2025. BSA reserves the right to reject any or all offers, consider late or incomplete offers, and to waive irregularities. Any or all offers may be rejected if BSA determines such action is in its best interest. Offers will be opened in private.
SUMMARIZED SCOPE OF WORK:
The Contractor must provide all material, labor, tools, plant, supplies, equipment, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature, and all other services and facilities necessary to complete the Building 725 Scientific Data and Computing Center (SDCC) 1.2-Megawatt (MW) Power and Cooling Upgrades project, including all incidental work described in the contract documents.
