- The City of Pasadena is seeking qualified vendors to provide Building Maintenance and Utility Equipment Rentals on an as-needed basis for the Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD). This three (3) year contract will support citywide maintenance, repair, and construction operations by supplying equipment such as articulating and scissor lifts, stake bed trucks, utility vehicles, and portable HVAC units.The selected vendor(s) shall be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and well-maintained rental equipment that meets all applicable Cal/OSHA and industry safety standards. Equipment shall be available for short-term and extended rental periods, with delivery, pickup, and service support included as necessary.
