TITLE: eCommerce BULK DELIVERY
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR IFROMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, NOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/QUOTES. NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION.
PURPOSE: The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), request for information is for Market Research purposes only to identify potential small and large businesses who are capable of providing Bulk Delivery services at 170 commissary locations.
DESCRIPTION:
There is a total of 170 contiguous United States (CONUS) commissary locations. (See Attachment 1- DeCA Bulk Delivery Commissary Locations). Bulk delivery services are expected to be provided at all 170 DeCA commissaries collectively as a whole without the intent of being separated (individually or arranged in smaller groupings).

See draft Statement of Work (SOW) for a more in-depth detailed description of this future requirement (See Attachment 2 -DeCA Draft SOW).
Bulk Delivery services using North American Industry Classification System Codes (NAICS) 484220.
If your business provides Bulk Delivery services using the NAICS code 484220, is interested in this requirement, and is capable to support all 170 commissary locations collectively as a whole accordingly to the SOW. Please respond showing interest with providing the following information:
