Description
The Contractor shall provide a fully functioning interface (Application Programming Interface, or API) withDeCA's eCommerce application. NCR's proprietary FreShop(r) application is the current solution for DeCA'seCommerce platform.
This is a non-personal services contract to provide eCommerce bulk delivery of dry, chill and frozengrocery products via less than full truck load (LTL) to destinations within a 30-mile radius of the brick-andmortarCommissary locations. Currently, 17 Commissary locations provide bulk grocery delivery orders forfresh foods to include dry, chill and frozen products. Over-time, additional commissary locations--up to153more--may begin using this bulk delivery service as their operational needs evolve. This expansion will buildupon the existing 17 locations. DeCA will provide the contractor 30 days 'calendar notice for each new locationbeyond the original 17 locations.
Unless otherwise stated herein, the Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation,tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform eCommerce bulk delivery services for dry,chill, and frozen grocery products from the brick-and-mortar commissary location to delivery location(s) withina 30-mile radius of the originating commissary. Delivery includes pick-up, transport, and drop-off of the groceryproducts. Currently, 17 Commissary locations receive bulk grocery delivery orders to include dry, chill andfrozen products. Over-time, additional commissary locations--up to 153 more--may begin using this bulk delivery service as their operational needs evolve. This expansion will build upon the existing 17 locations.Deca will provide the contractor 30 calendar days' notice for each new location beyond the original 17 locations.
