Subject: Establishment of a Committed Source of Supply and an IDIQ Contract for Medical Grade Liquid Bulk Oxygen
Description:
The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Veteran Integrated System Network (VISN) 15, John J. Pershing VA Medical Center, is seeking to establish a committed source of supply and an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a well-qualified firm to provide medical grade liquid bulk oxygen. This requirement includes the rental and supply of medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen tanks as described below:
Poplar Bluff VA Medical Center: Rental of one (1) 1800-gallon Vertical Medical Grade Liquid Oxygen Tank. Rental of twenty-four (24) 49.1 L H-size tanks as backup. Supply of medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen. Cape Girardeau Health Care Center (HCC): Rental of one (1) 126-gallon Vertical Medical Grade Liquid Oxygen Tank. Rental of eight (8) 49.1 L H-size tanks as backup. Supply of medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to deliver and maintain the specified medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen tanks and backup tanks. The contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and standards for medical-grade oxygen.
