- The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the \"WSSC\"), is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title. Responses are to be submitted via the Commissions eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date. Late responses will not be accepted.It is the intent of WSSC Water to obtain a Contractor who will furnish, deliver, and unload Topsoil to various jobsites and warehouse locations within Montgomery and Prince George-s Counties, Maryland. The Topsoil shall be used for purposes which includes, but is not limited to, restoring areas where sod, seed, plants, or trees will be placed. Sites may include public and private property and the required quality of the topsoil must be maintained. Topsoil provided under this contract shall be dry as described in the material specification. The Contractor must take the necessary steps to ensure that acceptable material is provided regardless of weather conditions.
