Synopsis:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Nashville District (LRN) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation for this requirement. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. This notice is being issued for planning and information purposes only. This notice is not a solicitation, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this notice, nor will the Government accept quotes as result of this notice. The performance work statement for this requirement will only be available upon solicitation issuance.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Nashville District Contracting Division has a requirement that will require the Contractor to furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, insurance, management, and supplies necessary to provide The work shall consist of removing/returning a single bulkhead from/to the storage location on top of the dam, setting the bulkhead into upstream sluice gate slots and providing access for USACE personnel to/from the sluice gate tunnel located on the downstream face of the dam at Martins Fork Lock and Dam, Harlan, KY for the duration of the contract period.
