Revises bullets point #2 evaluation factor date of completion from 9/12/2025 to 12/01/2025 to match Items 1 -3, and 6 Period of Performance, which was amended in amendment 001. Remove Addendum to FAR 52.212-4 clause table referencing construction clauses on Page 8 and Remove Addendum to FAR 52.212-5 clause table referencing construction clauses on Page 38. Adds additional specifications to C2.355# Designation by Prescription on Page 18. 6. * A site visit is scheduled for June 4th, 2025 to view the project area and discuss the objectives of this contract. The meeting time will take place at 0900 am local time. To reach the site visit meeting area: Head North from the Lakeview Ranger district on 395, take a left on Cox Creek Rd, that will turn to FS Road 3628. Travel to the FS Road 3625.
