- Sealed Bids for the construction of the Bull Run Water System, Inc., Water System Improvements project will be received at Otter Creek Engineering, Inc, 110 Merchants Row, 4th Floor, Suite 15, Rutland, VT 05701 until 11:00am local time on May 29, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bidders submitting a bid by U.S. Mail shall allow for adequate delivery time. The Project consists of constructing a new iron and manganese water treatment facility; demolition of the existing 40,000-gallon water storage tank/treatment building and construction of a new 100,000 gallon cast-in-place water storage tank and appurtenances serving the Bull Run Water System in Ludlow, VT.
