- Burke County Is Seeking Sealed Bids For The Extension Of An Existing Roadway, Approximately 4,200 Linear Feet, Including 24-inch Curb And Gutter, Storm Drainage, Grading, And Paving. Bids Must Be Submitted No Later Than 12:00 Pm On August 28, 2025, And Will Be Publicly Opened At The Next Regularly Scheduled Meeting Of The Burke County Board Of Commissioners. Interested Bidders Should Refer To The Attached Documents For Complete Project Plans And Specifications. Burke County Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Bids, Including But Not Limited To Bids That Are Nonconforming, Nonresponsive, Unbalanced, Or Conditional. The County Also Reserves The Right To Reject The Bid Of Any Bidder Determined To Be Unqualified, Lacking In Financial Capability, Or Otherwise Not In The Best Interest Of The Project.
