Summary/ PURPOSE
The purpose of this Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) is to identify offerors for market research and to determine whether to set-aside this requirement, this includes 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disable Veteran Owned, Woman Owned, and general Small Businesses for vendors to provide labor and materials required for the (Tear Out and Build In) of ATF's Burn Cell Complex in accordance with the DRAFT Attached Statement of Work (SOW).

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:
