Description:
The City of Sierra Vista is requesting bids from qualified Contractors for Project Title, Project ID to be received no later than Proposal Submission Date at Proposal Submission Time. The scope of work involves the installation of bus shelters at several locations within Sierra Vista, AZ. All bids received after bid response deadline will not be accepted.The City of Sierra Vista has been awarded a grant through the Federal Transportation Administration (FTA) and Award shall be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. This purchase is partially funded by the Federal Transit Authority. This purchase will be subject to all applicable federal requirements of the grant under 2 CFR 200 and FTA Circular 4220.1F. Davis Bacon wages will apply. The project will require adhering to all FTA requirements including a DBE Goal assessment of 2.20%, race neutral (DBE and Non-DBE). The City of Sierra Vista also encourages the use of Small Business Concerns as required by Title 49 CFR 26.39.
