The Government is currently in a period of lapsed appropiations. The Government-s obligation to make payment under this contract is contingent upon the enactment of a Continuing Resolution or Appropriations Act providing sufficient funds. Payment will be delayed until either of these enactments.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented withadditional information included in this notice.
