- The Town Of Glastonbury Is Requesting Proposals From Licensed, Das Qualified Hvac Contractors For Replacement Of Hvac At Buttonball School, Located At 376 Buttonball Lane, Glastonbury, Ct 06033A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting Will Be Held At Glastonbury High School, 330 Hubbard St. Glastonbury, Ct 06033 On Feb 17, 2025 At 7:00Am. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In The Form Of A Bid Bond, Certified In An Amount Not Less Than 10% Of The Base Bid Except As Otherwise Expressly Provided In The Instruction To Bidders. The Successful Bidder Who Is Awarded The Project Will Be Required To Provide A 100% Labor And Material Payment Bonds And 100% Performance Bond In The Full Amount Of The Agreed Contract Price.
