PURPOSE OF THE PROJECTThe Oklahoma City Area Office (OCA), Indian Health Services (IHS) has a requirement for WewokaIndian Health Center for the monitoring and inspections of the fire alarms and sprinkler system2. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSThe Contractor shall provide labor, transportation, equipment, supplies, needed to perform monitoring 7days a week and 24 hours a day as well as quarterly inspections for tamper switch, semi-annual inspectionof water flow test, and annual inspection of main fire alarm panel at the at the Wewoka Indian HealthCenter, Wewoka, Oklahoma.List of all components of both buildings:Administration Building1-Notifier Fire Alarm Panel -Annual1- Annunciator-Annual1- Smoke Sensor Addressable- Annual4-Pull Station -Annual13- Audio/Visual Addressable-Annual2-Water Flow Test Semi-Annual2- Tamper Switch Quarterly1- Wet System Test & Inspect Quarterly(Includes Tamper, Flow, Gate Valve, Fire Dept.
