The Utah Army National Guard, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR part 6 - Competition Requirements, intend to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Brigham Young University (BYU) for out of home marketing/advertising.
