55 MXG needs new engine inlet covers specific to each Variant tail number. It is a requirement that 55 AMXS maintains -21 equipment such as engine inlet covers. In an effort to modernize our current -21 equipment, the below request is forwarded for consideration. These new engine inlet covers will out-fit the entire -135 Variant fleet. Additionally, these new engine inlet covers will highlight unit pride during high visibility events such as airshows, exercises, DV tours, etc.
