NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This is a notice of intent to award a single source contract in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
The Reference Number is FA441825Q0018. The 628th Contracting Squadron (628 CONS), 101 E. Hill Blvd, Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina (JB CHS), intends to award a single source contract for C-17 Mobility MX Daniel Tool Kits.
628 CONS intents to make solicit and make award to Daniels Manufacturing Cooperation, PO Box 593872, Orlando, FL 32859 - 3672 USA. market research was preformed and information gathered in determining this company to be suitable source for this requirement.
In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(15), the proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). A redacted copy of the single source justification is attached to this notice.
This notice of intent to award is a not a request for competitive proposals; however, responsible source may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered with the agency.
A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
