This formal Request for Proposal (RFP) follows the prior N0001925R0003 sources sought posting of 29 April 2024, the pre-solicitation notice of 27 June 2024, and the draft RFP release of 18 September 2024 ? The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), on behalf of the Tactical Airlift Program Office (PMA-207), hereby announces its intention to procure on a competitive basis a single source Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for C-40A Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services in support of the seventeen (17) United States Navy (USN) aircraft and the two (2) United States Marine Corps (USMC) aircraft. Technical Library Documents. Interested parties may request access to technical library documents via email to both points of contact provided herein. Government documents will be provided upon request. Proprietary documents will be provided in accordance with the process outlined in Section L of the Solicitation.Deadline for Industry Questions. Interested parties may submit questions using the Enclosure (1) ?Industry Worksheet? Excel file no later than 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 31 March 2025 to ensure Government responses are provided. The Government cannot guarantee any subsequent questions will be addressed. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to ensure timely Government receipt. The Government is not responsible for responses to questions for which the Offeror did not receive submission confirmation from the Government.Proposal Deadline. Due to the current world circumstances and working environment, the Government has determined an extended proposal development period to be appropriate. In light of this, the anticipated and previously published 30 day preparation time will be extended for an additional week. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with all solicitation requirements no later than 4:00pm EST on 28 April 2025.
