The purpose of this 16 May update 0007 to the posting is to extend the proposal submission deadline to 4:30PM on 27 May 2025 and to provide: (1) Amendment 0004 to Solicitation N0001925R0003; (2) the corrected Att. L-2 Vol 1 CPA Tables (FINAL 3); and (3) Responses to Industry Questions 5. For ease of identification, specific document changes are as follows: (1) N0001925R0003-0004 ? Updated Procuring Contracting Officer, added the clause at FAR 52.212-5 (Deviation 2025-O0004, and added language to Section L, Part B, Volume 2, Paragraph 3.2.2; and (2) Attachment L-2 Vol 1 CPA Tables ? Revised, CPA-1 Pricing Worksheet, tab to correct formulas for CLIN 0012 Unit Pricing (Cells E18, I18, M18, Q18, and U18) and to correct the formula for the total CLIN 0058 ceiling price (cell AF 64) to use the correct burden rate from tab, CPA-6 Burden Rates,. These documents will also be posted directly to the SAM.gov website as there are reported difficulties accessing the PIEE link.
