Description : PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BID OPENING HAS BEEN MOVED TO MONDAY 4/8/24.Bids will be received at the office of the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR), located at 303 Big Trees Park Road, Felton, CA 95018, telephone (831) 335-6318, up to 2:00:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday April 8, 2024, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read for performing the work as follows: Furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to: Provide lead abatement and structure hardening at a State residence in Portola Redwoods State Park complete and in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore and such addenda thereto as may be issued prior to bid opening date. A minimum of 6% DVBE Participation is required for this solicitation.The contractor agrees to complete all the work within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of written notice to commence work. This includes the ten (10) calendar days allowed for the Contractor to begin work. The contract term for this agreement is June 1, 2024 (or upon DPR approval whichever is later) through May 31, 2025, or one year from DPR approval, whichever is later. License(s) Required: C-33 Painting License and General B License, or General A License Estimate: $ 130,000.00Note: A mandatory job walk-through will be held on March 27, 2024 (weather permitting) beginning at 9:00 AM.
