Description : In consideration of a bid, please review the attached SAMPLE AGREEMENT attachment which includes scope of work, project manual, payment terms, insurance requirements, performance and payment bonds, other special terms and conditions. Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) requirements have been waived for this solicitation; however incentive program applies.
