Date: February 25, 2025 Time: 2:00 PM Pacific Time Location: Santa Cruz District Office, 303 Big Trees Park Road, Felton, CA 95018 At the above time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read for furnishing services, material, or equipment, or to perform all work required to: The Contractor will provide the Department of Parks and Recreation (State Parks) Transportation Services to minimize the number of cars driving into and through Big Basin Redwoods State Park as there are limited available parking areas. Service will be provided Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends on weekends and State recognized Holidays for the length of the contract which will span from 2025 to 2027.Service Location: Big Basin Redwoods State Park, 21600 Big Basin Way, Boulder Creek CA 95006Proposed route will go from the Saddle Mountain Facility near the Entrance to Big Basin Redwoods State Park (Future Park Welcome Center) and end at the site of the former Visitor's Center/Park HeadquartersThe anticipated performance period of this three-year contract is: 03/01/2025 (Or upon DPR approval whichever is later) to 12/31/2027 with service on holidays and weekends primarily between Memorial and Labor Day.
