Description:
Description : The program will support the District¿s Lifeguard Program to ensure public safety across all San Diego Coast beaches. The Contractor shall provide Dispatching, Incident Reporting, Communications, and Training services as specified below for an estimated 225 users, with the ability for users to create individual accounts. Contractor agrees to provide the necessary infrastructure to support the district-wide dispatching platform for the district¿s aquatics operations. The contract covers the dispatching platform, the mobile network and the hardware required to capture and document incidents. Additional attributes include public safety reporting and analytics, public informational dashboard, inner agency communications, digital forms, staff and compliance dashboard and public broadcasting capabilities. That is complete and in accordance with the plans and specifications set forth in the Scope of Work (Exhibit A - Attachment I), including any addenda issued prior to the bid opening date.
