- Description : C24K0394 - District Facilities Management Program is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Fair Market Rental Valuation analysis with rental appraisal reports for all state-owned properties within California State Parks, listed on Exhibit A, Attachment II. The reports will include: External & internal photographs of condition, maps, plot plans, physical description of external and internal conditions, dimensions, and presentation of the relevant market data with supporting analysis for the defined monthly fair market rental valuation.Instructions to Download Bid Package: Prospective bidders may examine and obtain the bid forms, specifications, plans and addenda (if any) by clicking the "View Event Package" located on this page.
