- Description : The Department of Parks and Recreation, North Coast Redwoods District, is seeking qualified bids from contractors to provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to furnish and maintain two ADA portable chemical toilet units as per Exhibit A, Attachment 1, Chemical Toilet Rental and/or Service Specifications (pages 38-40 of the IFB) at the Mill Creek Addition of Del Norte Coast Redwoods State Park in Del Norte County, Crescent City, California. Contractor will also provide hand wash stations as per Exhibit A, Attachment 1: Non potable fresh water, hands free foot water pump, grey water holding tank, OSHA approved, liquid soap dispenser, paper towel dispenser. Services performed each trip shall consist of (a) pumping the grey water tank, (b) thorough washing and cleaning of the unit, (c) replenishing the water supply tank, (d) replenishing soap dispenser, and (e) replenishing paper supplies. Contractor must carry all necessary permits and licenses for picking-up, hauling, and disposing of sewage within Del Norte County, California and will maintain their validity throughout the life of the contract.
