- Description : The Delta Meadows Park Property requires the services of a C-33 Painting andDecorating Contractor, issued by the California State License Board, to prepareand paint the exterior of the Locke Boarding House. The Locke Boarding Houseis located at 13916 Main St, Walnut Grove, CA 95690, in the historic district ofLocke.The contractor is to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessaryto abate lead paint, prep siding, and prime and paint the approximately 4,500square foot exterior of the Locke Boarding House. This project will consist ofcleaning, scraping, siding repairs with putty or caulking (cracks, countersunkexposed nails, small holes, and cracks), sanding, priming, and painting. All workis to conform to current regulations, safety protocols, procedures, and CALOSHArequirements. The contractor is to complete the work within ninety (90) days ofthe contract start date.
