Description : Bids will be received at the office of the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR), located at 303 Big Trees Park Road, Felton, CA 95018, telephone (831) 335-6318, up to 2:00:00 PM, May 22, 2025, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read for performing the work as follows: Furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to: Replace the roofs of two State Parks owned non-residential structures, one located at Lighthouse Field State Beach and one located at Natural Bridges State Beach complete and in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore and such addenda thereto as may be issued prior to bid opening date. A minimum of 6% DVBE Participation is REQUIRED for this solicitation.The contractor agrees to complete all the work within ninety (60) calendar days from the date of written notice to commence work. This includes the ten (10) calendar days allowed for the Contractor to begin work. Work is expected to occur in the fall of 2025 but is dependent on contract approval.License(s) Required: C-39 Roofing License, or General B License, or General A License Estimate: $150,000.00 (with additional allowances for dry rot repair)Note: A mandatory job walk-through will be held on May 13, 2025 beginning at 9:00 AM.
