Description : Bids will be received at the office of the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR), located at 303 Big Trees Park Road, Felton, CA 95018, telephone (831) 335-6318, up to 2:00:00 PM, October 15, 2025, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read for performing the work as follows: Furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to: remove and dispose of existing hydropneumatic pressure tank, remove existing tank supports, create a new concrete foundation and properly install, sterilize, and test a new tank. A minimum of 6% DVBE Participation is required for this solicitation.The contractor agrees to complete all the work within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of written notice to commence work. This includes the ten (10) calendar days allowed for the Contractor to begin work. License(s) Required: C-8 Concrete Contractor License and C-60 Welding Contractor LicenseEstimate: $200,000.00 Q&A: Any question(s) concerning this bid solicitation after the job walk-through has been held must be submitted to g.g-miksicek@parks.ca.gov.
