Description : This is a re-bid for the same services as the solicitation for C25740021 for Elevator Service & Maintenance at the Hearst Castle.The Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking bids from qualified vendors for Elevator Service & Maintenance at the Hearst Castle at Hearst San Simeon State Historical Monument in San Simeon, CA 93452. Service shall be conducted at Hearst Castle at 750 Hearst Castle Road, San Simeon, CA 93452. Bids will be accepted via mail and e-mail until January 9th, 2025, at 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) at which time they will be publicly opened. Questions regarding this solicitation and job scope related questions shall be submitted to the DPR Bids SLO Coast District email at DPR.BidsSLOCoastDistrict@parks.ca.gov no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid opening due date. Questions shall be addressed through an addendum attached to this solicitation advertisement.
