Description:
Description : The Department of Parks and Recreation, Angeles District, is seeking qualified bids from contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform refuse disposal services, as transport, recycle, and dispose of refuse multiple location within the Angels District: Malibu Creek State Park, Tapia State Park and Los Encinos State Historic Park. All work to be done by the contractor; subcontracting is not permitted under the terms of this agreement. Contractor must hold all necessary permits to pick up, haul and dispose of refuse in Los Angeles County. DVBE requirement waived, however, incentives still apply.Service shall be conducted at various location listed in the bid package throughout Los Angeles County, CA. Bids will be accepted via mail and e-mail until October 31, 2025, at 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) at which time they will be publicly opened. A fillable excel sheet of the bid forms has been attached for the convenience of the bidder. Questions regarding this solicitation and job scope related questions shall be submitted to the DPR Bids Angeles District email at AngelesContracts@park.ca.gov by October 22, 2025, no later than 2:00 PM PST. Questions shall be addressed through an addendum attached to this solicitation advertisement.
