Notice of Intent to Consolidate D&F for Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) engineering support services of HM&E Control Systems Support Services.
In accordance with FAR 7.107-5(c), this posting provides notification of NSWCPD's intent to consolidate the following contract requirements for NSWCPD-s HM&E Control Systems Support Services, N64498-25-R-3021, acquisition:
Machinery Control Systems, N6449822F3116 Cybersecurity Support and Machinery Control Systems, N6449822F3122 Cyber Security and Machinery Controls Consolidated Maintenance System (MCCMS) Support, N6449822F3133HM&E Control Systems Support Services is considered a proposed consolidated contract action with justifiable benefits. As such, consolidation is necessary and justified because of the following quantitative benefits and qualitative mission improvements benefits summarized below:
