- Description : This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide labor, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, equipment, and power necessary to perform on-site mobile shredding service for the complete destruction of confidential and sensitive documents; including but not limited to the following: paper, paper clips, binder clips, sticky notes, glossy paper, No Carbon Required (NCR) paper, fax paper, handling file folders, binders, floppy disks, microfilm/fiche, video/audio tapes, CD¿s and fax rolls. The number of pounds per pick up is estimated to be approximately 12,000 to 26,000. The estimated number of Banker Boxes is 720 per Fiscal Year. This is an estimate and a minimum number of pounds are not guaranteed. These services shall be, provided for CDCR sites as specified in Exhibit E, List of Participating Programs/Offices.
