- Description : The Contractor shall perform Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Testing, Adjustingand Balancing (TAB) services on an ¿as needed¿ basis and will be compensated for the servicesin accordance with the rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall include alllabor, equipment, parts, devices, materials, programming, tools, installation, supervision,inspection, training, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, travel and per diem, and anyother item of expense necessary to provide the services for the California Department ofCorrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Correctional Construction Mentorship Program (CCM -formerly the Inmate/Ward Labor Program IWL) located at the Institutions listed in Exhibit E, List of Participating Institutions.
