- Description : Addendum 1 - Revised Walk-Through Contact list.This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Emergency Generator Maintenance, Inspection and Repair Service. The Contractor will be Compensated monthly in arrears for the services in accordance with the Service Rate specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet and/or the Exhibit B-2, Published Price List which shall include all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, tools, equipment, permits, licenses at no additional cost to the state and every other item of expense necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) Institutions listed in Exhibit E, List of Participating Institutions.The State reserves the right to increase and/or decrease service listed on the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. Additional services will be increased and/or decreased at the rate specified on the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. The Contract Liaison or designee will notify the Contractor in writing that service has been increased and/or decreased.
