Description:
Description : This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide Self-Contained Refrigerator/Freezer Van/Container Rental and Maintenance Services. The Contractor will be compensated for services performed in accordance with the applicable rate(s) specified on the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet, which shall include all labor, personnel, transportation (including travel, per diem, fuel, and mileage), materials, non-consumable supplies, tools, any necessary equipment, permits, licenses, taxes, fees, shipping/freight charges, and every other item of expense necessary (unless otherwise specified herein) to provide all services identified herein for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) Locations listed in Exhibit E, List of Participating Locations.Upon request by the CDCR Contract Liaison or designee, the Contractor shall provide Self- Contained Refrigerator/Freezer Van/Container Rental and Maintenance Services on an as-needed basis. The Contractor shall provide 8 ft. W x 8.5ft. H x 48ft. L fully operational gas/diesel/electric powered refrigerator/freezer vans/containers within twelve (12) hours of notification by the CDCR Contract Liaison or designee.
