- Description : The Contractor shall provide all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, supplies, equipment and every other item of expense necessary to provide Eyeglass Refurbishment Training Services to train inmate participants at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Avenal State Prison (ASP) located at 1 Kings Way, Avenal, CA 93204. The CDCR shall be reimbursed by the Contractor for inmate wages in accordance with the service rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet.
