Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility intends to solicit and award to qualified contractor a firm fixed price contract to provide:
Two (2) - SOURCE LOCKER: CUSTOM LEAD LINED CABINET. INSIDE DIM: 30" W X 30" D X 24" H. 1/4"LEAD LINED. STAINLESS STEEL INSIDE/OUTSIDE. FLAT COUNTERTOP. LOCKABLE DOORS. 2 ADJUSTABLE SHELVES.
Potential vendors shall submit a drawing or brochure of the cabinet being proposed with dimensions.
The applicable NAICS code assigned to this procurement is 337127, Institutional Furniture Manufacturing . The size standard for this NAICS code is 500 personnel. The Product Service Code is 7125,Cabinets, Lockers, Bins and Shelving .
Please use the attached solicitation documents (SF 1449) when submitting quote or offer, an alternative line item proposal is allowed.
